  1. We all know Haskins was a Snyder pick. The kid had a poor attitude and work ethic from day one. I don’t think he would have worked out with any team. Even after he got traded, the work ethic was questioned. The pick was doomed to fail from the start. At least Daniels and Maye seem to really put in the work to continually improve themselves.
  2. My thoughts on the day: 1. Up tempo practice, looked a little out of breath sometimes (to be expected). 2. Missed about 6 of 70 balls. Two were wildly overthrown (out patterns). 3. Corrected each throw he missed right away. Went right back to it. 4. Seemed like a few deep balls, the WRs needed to slow up a little 5. Nice zip on the ball 6. Took command of the huddle 7. Had some nice off balance throws - on the run, off back foot, etc, (purposely set up)
  3. If the Pats do trade out of #3, I think it will most likely be with an NFC team like the Vikes or Giants.
  4. Regardless of which QB Peters thinks is the best overall, he will ultimately draft the QB he feels would be best in THEIR offensive system. That is why the OC hire was so incredibly important this time around.
  5. Am i reading this correctly that shows Drake has some issues throwing to his right side? I assume the lower the number, the worse the rating.
  6. I wonder if he will “look” any different (as in muscle build). It would be nice if he put on muscle weight, but you guys are probably right with the water weight assumption.
  7. My best guess: Vikings trade down to #4. Then depending on which QB is available at #3, they either stay put or try and move up one more spot with New England. I could see them trading twice, selecting Jayden at #3, then Patriots take JJ at #4. So, Williams, Maye, Jayden and JJ (in that order).
  8. Adam Schefter didn’t bat an eye when JJ’s name was spoken. No expression, that’s interesting. Maybe he is hearing the same thing.
  9. We’ll probably trade up in the first for an OT. That will cost our 2nd pick plus something else. With our other 2nd round pick we probably take a Guard/RT unless an unexpected talent drops at another position. Round 3 is where we may go WR, TE, and/or CB.
  10. Much needed signing. I don't think they are going to sign another LT in free agency, since it took this long just to re-sign one of their own. On to the draft for their next LT, and of course they will keep an eye on roster cuts.
  11. CB Michael Davis looks like a depth signing. Maybe he can compete for a starting role on the outside. He gave up 9 TDs last year and a 119 passer rating allowed as the nearest defender. Hopefully he can bounce back this year with better coaching.
  12. With the highest cap space left of any team, I’m sure Agents are calling us daily to gauge interest in their clients. I guess Peters just doesn’t like any of them, or feels the price is just to high. Feels like a trade would happen first, at this point it.
  13. Agreed. But you don’t know if Fields was pushing for it. You can tell he was frustrated. Maybe they did right by him - by trading him now. Who knows. I just think the comp was low, as with Burns and the Giants. Some head scratching trades this off-season.
  14. They will sign a CB Vet, as there are just too many options out there still. The price will come down and then they'll strike. As for LT, it's looking like we are drafting our Starter, barring a trade. Kind of scary.
  15. Maybe a Garrett Bolles trade is a possibility? Was mentioned earlier in this thread (not by a reporter). Denver needs draft ammo to move up for a QB. Not sure what Bolles would fetch in compensation?
  16. Is Josh Jones still available? Even if we are planning to draft a few OT, I think it still makes sense to sign at least one Vet LT. Worst case, you can flip him to RT if Wylie underperforms again.
