PartyPosse
Maybe we're interviewing Rob Ryan for OC? If anyone knows what it's like watching a good offense, it's the guy who has seen it week in and week out against his defenses.

Somebody actually did that, Raheem Morris is the Atlanta Falcons WR coach. He was a defensive guy most of his career I believe and the falcons slotted him in at WR coach to give his squad a different perspective and coaching coming from a defensive mind. I'd say it has worked but they also have Kyle Shanahan as offensive coordinator so it's no surprise their offense runs at a high level. Damn shame we couldn't keep Kyle and lost the Shanahans to Griffin. I like Callahan right where he is and hope we do everything possible to keep him as the O line coach for many years to come. He is older and paid well for what he does, not sure if he has that fire to take on more responsibility so hopefully he is happy where he is. Morneblade
Well, the reports are he wants to keep his current position and not move to OC, and that we are looking at Matt to take over as OC. So, this is kinda null and void.
Est.1974
It'll be OC by committee. We've brought a younger guy in the assist at the QB coach position. Matt C will get the title of OC but Gruden will run the show. Well ok, he won't run the show, more pass the show........
