Skins57
seems they found it in a sewer.....so it was at the Vet the whole time:D Eagles | Playbook Found - posted at KFFL (http://nfl.kffl.com) 9:27 PT: The Philadelphia Daily News reports police have recovered Philadelphia Eagles LB Shawn Barber’s playbook. The playbook was found in a sewer in Kensington. Police have arrested one suspect, who denied involvement with the theft, for unauthorized use of a cell phone. A warrant is pending for a 17-year-old suspect who may have been involved with the crime. Everything has been recovered except $20,000 in jewelry. HighOnHendrix
According to the genius pundits appearing on "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" the police were led to their suspect because the thieves not only took the playbook, they took Barber's cell phone as well. Then the sticky-fingered fiends used said cell phone to contact their friends and tell them all about breaking into Barber's SUV; not only that, they call Barber himself to rub it in!! Only problem for them in being so ****y was that the police traced the calls and found the fool with the phone. He in turn led them to the sewer where the playbook was discarded. indyskinsfan
What the playbookwas worth = about 1/2 of the game you would play the Eagles in. What you could get for it, if the team was willing to buy it = about $10,000.00 What the theives thought when they threw it away = (blank-nobody home, helloooooooooooo) What they could get for stealing playbook and other possessions = break and entering, fleeing the scene of the crime, cellular and communications/interstate fraud, grand theft, and personal lawsuits from player and/or family. What teams really thought of the Eagles playbook = ?????? What the Eagles thought of their own playbook = ??????, uh, huh, hey Beavis why is it so quiet in here?? Is this like um, huh, huh, like a commercial or something that went bad, because there's like um, nothing here.
OrangeSkin
No need for the playbook. Reid makes up the plays as he goes along.

NavyDave
Ditch diggers have more sense than that. This guy obviously has a great career as a member of the tree hugging or meat intolerant cults
DC_Clone
No big deal. If his defensive assignments are what they were while he was here then every play should just say "Get Blocked and take yourself out of the play." or "Be a complete non factor in the running game but make one athletic play every other game so people actually think you are decent." Shawn barber was such an overrated POS. I will not miss him at all.
The Dark Horse
The playbook was found in a sewer How ironic, finding the playbook in the same place you find most of their season ticket holders.
