Everybody thinks he is a complete joke. Remeber free agency a few years ago? He said the Redskins plan was to "identify and attack"...then we signed Randy Thomas, Lav. Coles, Chad Morton and John Hall to over-inflated contracts... Other than Dan Snyder, Vinny Cerrato has been the one constant of our disaster.
