REDKORN
We need pure pass rusher. We drafted 2 O-line men in the last draft. They are good players, but need time to adjust. We need to get a big and tall wide out. Jerry Porter is from D.C and wants out of Oakland. Did you see what he did to Champ when the Broncos played the Raiders?:kungfu: Sooner or later teams are going to figure out how to play or blitz style defense. If we can get to the QB with out a blitz, Look out!
ummagumma
Obviously the answer is offense. Top rated defense...low rated offense. Do the math. HOWEVER, I'm a proponent of taking the BPA and I certainly don't want to ignore the defensive line yet again. Plus Smoot's UFA status is a consideration. If Pierce leaves we still have Barrow signed sealed and delivered, so MLB isn't an issue. If Mike Williams is not available (and I'm not sold on drafting him, but I would certainly consider it as a good option) then trading down is the best option and draft a bunch of lineman for both sides of the ball. Warhead36
Drafting Kiwinuka could elevate our D into elite level. Right now it's only very good. Our D managed to really only win us one game this year(San Fran)but elite D's can literally win games for your team(see Ravens, especially against US ). Instead of leaving both Springs and Smoot on an island quite often, getting a rusher from the edge is more reliable. We could address an OL via FA and I like Porter too. Abraham will be too pricey for us. For me, a DE.
TLusby
Resign Smoot and Pierce. Fill as many OL needs in FA. Get the BPA in the draft unless we have depth in that position and then trade down.
illone
I checked the box for offense, but I am not opposed to drafting a stud for the defense. I see us making another big splash in Free Agency this off-season. Not because we spend the most, just because we are the Skins and our reputation precedes us. We'll sign one of the bigger name Centers that is available, and the headlines will read "Snyder at it again" That said, I have a feeling we will address most of our needs for offense in free agency and grab up a few newbies in the draft for defense. It wouldnt surprise me to see a guard or WR drafted in the later rounds either:D Anyways, I wouldn't be mad if we went after a stud dlinemen in the 2005 draft. Our defense is top notch, but our front 4 could use some help in the form of a true threat pass rusher.
denverdan
O then D then OOOOO then D by trading down of course.
The Sisko
It really depends on who we're able to pick up in F.A. If we get a C and OG in F.A. then we can use some of our picks on defense. Either way, our OL should be the top priority though.
