yankstrat
We may well lose Blache who has done a great job with the D Line. He has ties to Notre Dame and has been mentioned as a possible head coach for the Fighting Irish
FBChick
It's a possiblity.. but he isn't the only one being looked at or interviewed. First they have to make an offer... then he has to be willing to accept it.

Eagles_Legendz
From a Redskins perspective, hopefully not. Continuity is what the Redskins have lacked the past few years, and it seems as if they will have it heading into this offseason. With the Skins coaches returning the players getting healthy, providing the Redskins have a good offseason, they should be a good team next year. inmate running the asylum
If Blache is offered the ND job, he will probably leave. Otherwise he would not have interviewed for it. But being that he also has the title of DC with the Redskins, he can't make a lateral move in the NFL. Only a HC job is open to him, which I doubt he will get based on his Bear record. As for Lindsay, he will be 62 in January and is under a 3 year contract. Not likely he will get a better offer from another NFL team. Besides, although he is capable, he could be replaced no problem by Greg Williams. I also read where Gibbs wants Ray Brown back as a player or player-coach. And there is always a possibility of getting Russ Grimm next year, when I believe his contract is up.
