Chief Gillespie Posted August 13, 2004 Share Posted August 13, 2004 With the recent loss of Rock Jansen, I was thinking about the direct relationship of certain players to our succes this season. I know a RT is very high on the list especially with a left-handed QB. I am curious who you all feel is the most important to our team and what order you would put them in. We have quality with Samuels, Coles, Portis, Arrington, Smoot, Taylor (even though a rook), Washington, Griffin, etc. Would any of these players going down for the season be more devastating than Rock Jansen. Where would you list QB on the list seeing we might have a little depth at the position and what QB would be the toughest to lose due to injury? And I hope and pray we don't lose anyone else!!!! I hate the fact that Jansen went down...especially because he was so looking forward to this season and the redemption of the O-Line...but we can replace him (not to his level of course, but we can fill-in).
