AZ, a Mod here, (Art), has warned you about posting about HR, heed that warning. Should you wish to go on further with this, might I suggest that cool PM thing we have here. This just ain't the place for it and really, and speaking only for myself, not interested. We have better things to do here, like rail on the Cowboys and their fans.
