I've been using: homeplans.com (and their many variants) houseplans.com (and their many variants) and recently finally found a reasonable site that's not part of the first two: familyhomeplans.com I've probably found the same ones you have. My buddy who is a carpenter and also building has a book with floorplans. The builder we have lined up comes well recommended. He's built homes and businesses for several friends and family.
