worldpost Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Listening to the herd today. Colin has massive hard on for Russel Wilson considering he's from the Pacific Northwest. He has basically called RGIII career done, and he'll never be as good as Russell Wilson or Andrew Luck. I find this almost comical. Did he even watch this game?! The Redskins were dominating the Hawks until he got hurt. Crimson Tide beating the Irish dominating. Now I understand RGIII has a greater risk of injury if he continues to run 10-12 a game, but he fails to figure in the equation that RGIII is a ROOKIE and will learn to stay in the pocket more. Troy Aikman ran all over the field as a rookie and learned to be a pocket passer that was mobile. RGIII will as well.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Somebody, however, may want to start a new thread with a properly developed OP exploring how a rehabbed RG3, whenever he returns, may be different (or why he should or should not be) than the RG3 we saw during the winning streak (where he less explosive than the one we saw before originally going out with injury) and what that offense might look like, it's potential efficacy, and features.
