The ones up in the North of the country do, there's a University league. It's a dreadful standard obviously but it's just awesome to don the pads and hit some people, learn the technique in more detail and supplement my knowledge of the game I love!

Plus I absolutely nailed a starting Defensive End today on a Sweep play and set up a TD, what a feeling!
