In the Foreign policy I thought it great tactics, letting his silence make others talk more than they should (its a great tool). But it appears he does this all the time? One day Obama's the greatest thing since slice bread, the next days he's not "connecting" with the American People. Heck, Matthews opinions on Obama change "literally" while his show is being aired.
