mjah
Kids today will never know what a watch is. Sit on that one. My oldest daughter loves to wear my best watch. Of course it's comically oversized on her but she wears it anyway. She's 3. My youngest plays with my older, semi-broken watch. She's 1. Both of them love the things. They aren't old enough to read a watch, but the oldest gets that it's essentially the same thing that's hanging on the wall in several rooms of the house -- only small and portable (and, thank goodness, sturdy). renaissance
I'm 43 and we never had a real Christmas Tree. We always had fake one. They've been around forever. I think this is the reason so many people my age are getting real trees now. Everyone I know has a real tree this year, and I think part of the appeal is that we never had them growing up. Going out and buying a real tree is definitely coming back in vogue. At least among my friends/facebook circle
