Art Posted March 28, 2002 Share Posted March 28, 2002 When I see a subject like "Jessie is mad" I instinctively flinch because as I'm from Minnesota it usually means Ventura is trying to provide tax money for same-sex partners, or he's trying to raise taxes to balance a budget five years down the road, or he's asking for $4 million to fix up the Govenor's Mansion.
