Repeatedly foreclosing on people that either are current on their mortgage, don't have a mortgage, or don't have a mortgage with your bank tends to make people hate you. And both banks have done plenty of that this year. I really hope the award doesn't go to BP becuase of the oil spill. There are so many other companies deserving of this award.
