Big Blue Joe
Giants left tackle David Diehl expected to miss several weeks with torn hamstring David Diehl has started 120 consecutive regular-season games. And apparently that's where the streak is going to end. The Giants' left tackle and left guard has a partially-torn hamstring and has been told by doctors he'll be out several weeks, according to someone informed of the diagnosis given to Diehl. The person requested anonymity because the Giants only said Diehl has a hip injury that was being evaluated Monday afternoon. Giants offensive lineman Adam Koets suffers torn knee ligament Adam Koets didn't feel much pain after injuring his knee during Sunday's victory over the Seahawks. Chances are, he's feeling plenty of emotional anguish Monday. The Giants' offensive lineman, who made three starts at center in Shaun O'Hara's absence earlier this season, suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament, according to the team. The 2007 sixth-round pick is done for the season. Thank goodness for Shawn Andrews. He looked great on Sunday. Now he gets to face Demarcus Ware. Hitman21ST
2 linemen down. Lucky the Cowboys can't get pressure. How much longer is O'Hara out?

How much longer is O'Hara out?The Giants have been pretty tight-lipped about his recovery timetable. He's got a Lis Franc sprain in his foot, so I would guess probably another 2-3 weeks. Inquisitor
Thank God for the emergence of Shawn Andrews, the Giants would probably be up ****'s creek without a paddle right about now otherwise. He looked very solid last week starting at LT, and occasionally alternating with Diehl on certain packages at the position as well. But he more than held his own out there, shutting down a pretty good rusher in Clemons who's also having a solid year, and contributing to pass protection that basically gave Eli all day in the pocket. We'll also be getting back Bubble Butt Boothe, and Beatty, so that should help with depth as Seubert probably takes over at center full time now that Koets is gone and until O'Hara returns. Let the best man win the LG spot, whether it be Boothe, Petrus, or even Beatty.

Warhead36
Tough blow, looked like the Giants OL was back to what it was in 07 when they won it all: the best in the league.
