drums and skins
Drums, I might try it if I have some extra time tomorrow, like I said, the computer gets REAL slow when I put the 2nd (old) HDD in, took it 15 minutes to boot up..but its lightning fast when I remove the old one. I made sure the jumpers were correct on each one via the online manuals for both drives. Yep, no surprise there. It'd be easier to boot with the hard drive not attached and then once you're in the OS, plug it in using a USB converter like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812156102&cm_re=ide_usb-_-12-156-102-_-Product to troubleshoot. I use that bad boy often. If you don't deal with hard drives that often, it may not be much of a use to you, but for me, I use it at least once a day.
