Hitman#21
Adam_Schefter "For the first time in three years, the No. 1 overall pick will not be signed before the NFL draft. The St. Louis Rams and QB Sam Bradford will not have a contract in place before the draft -- both sides' decision." http://twitter.com/Adam_Schefter

Mania
yes, but Bradford may have a deal with the Browns after they trade up to the #1 spot. You have to read in between the lines on some of these tweets.

jflow78
Bradford goes to the Browns where he will be the next big bust. You know what's funny. I really do believe that if he goes to the Rams or the Browns he's going to be a bust, where if he went to practically any other team, I think he'd do great. It's just a Browns/Rams thing. I didn't used to believe it, but I have a friend who's a lifelong Browns fan, from Cleveland, who started me believing it. He basically feels like anyone they draft is either going to be a bust for them (Quinn) or is going to end their relationship with the Browns badly (Edwards/Winslow). And with the Rams it just seems like no matter who they pick up, they have less than a 10% success rate with first rounders. Long/Smith/Carriker have both looked less stellar than they were thought to be. Part of that, IMO, is because they've got nobody around them to help, but it does seem like they have a hard time getting great picks in STL, especially lately.
