You shouldn't be able to wait a few years and then decide to press charges. well, she's not pressing charges, she's suing him in a civil court. i also don't think you realize how serious and damaging rape is. i doubt it was anything more then irvin banging out this chick and never calling her back, so she's mad she got tricked into sleeping with him deal, however.
