SonOfWashington
Correct. I actually remember this season vividly...who could forget Gerald Riggs 200+ yard game only to fumble it away vs Philly week 2...then ofcourse we lost to Dallas on sunday night, their only win of the year...we were actually 5-6 after 11 games before going on a 5 game win streak ending the season beating Seattle 29-0 but still missing the playoffs. So are you going to fix the OP? lol
SkinFanZim
I don't feel that way, it's fact. It's not fact. The color of your skin doesnt determine skill at QB.Warren Moon, Steve McNair, and Donovan McNabb all come to mind as damn good QB's.
Drastik
I don't feel that way, it's fact. The Redskins have won three Super Bowls.... One of them with an African American quarterback leading the team and winning MVP honors. Go take you're ridiculous argument somewhere else. FunBunch7
As the OP, I thought I'd bring this one back...the last line in the original post shows I might get my wish...
Oldfan
What exactly was the deal with Rypien? Like how good was he really? I was 7-9 years old when he was doing his thing and I used to think he was amazing. Did he just luck out on a super talented team? Or was he super talented himself and then just slipped away due to personal problems? Rypien, like Theisman and Williams were average QBs on very talented teams. The Hogs protected them well and the Coryell passing game was a cutting edge scheme at the time.
