Thinking Skins
A friend just asked me to do her a favor. She runs a non-profit and she's trying to win a contest. Basically they're trying to see which non-profit can get generate the most comments. I told her I'd tell a few of my friends and see if I could help. Here's the email she sent to me: I have been working with a nonprofit called the Disaster Accountability Project for the last couple years. This organization was founded after Hurricane Katrina exposed the inefficiencies of the nation's disaster management systems, particularly FEMA and Red Cross among other agencies. The mission of the Disaster Accountability Project is to improve the disaster management systems through oversight, accountability, and citizen engagement.Currently, the Disaster Accountability Project is in a contest to win $5,000. It is very easy, it only takes 1 minute, and you don't have to spend any money. All you have to do is visit http://bit.ly/GeerM and leave a comment supporting the Disaster Accountability Project and its work. Please take a moment to comment. There is no other organization doing the work of the Disaster Accountability Project, and their work saves lives. Thank you for your support! If you want more information on the Disaster Accountability Project, you should visit: http://www.disasteraccountability.com If you'd like to leave a comment, you should visit: http://bit.ly/GeerM She said the comments could be as simple as "Go DAP" or "accountability is Necessary", or something detailed like a personal story. I've already left a comment and asked a few friends to. Thanks for your help.
