FLRedskins Posted May 5, 2009 Share Posted May 5, 2009 Kinda a odd subject but when I was a kid I would to go to ocean city ever year for vacation(from rockville) late 70's early 80's I used to see a old concrete Lookout tower on the beach (ww2 or cold war ?) Is that still there ? I've never seen them there, but have seen them up north around dewey and rehobeth beach is it? (sp?) they were still up in that area the last time i was there, 4 to 5 years ago. From what I understand they're protected under some historical classification and can't be knocked down but Delaware hasn't bothered to do any up-keep.
