Tydee
If the OL doesn't hold up, or deteriates…we may need more than four QBs.
modazfuk
'Skins got 5 QBs now. How come no one is talking about Joe Ganz?
darklight1216
Having backups is obviously a good thing, but it may even be better than you think. Story Time! I don't know what year this was...but once upon a time, the Pittsburgh Steelers had four quarterbacks and they realized that they did not need that many qbs so they dropped one. His name was Johnny Unitas... In 2004 the Pittsburgh Steelers had three qbs. Both the starter and the backup became injured. It was a good thing they had a decent rookie in Ben Roethlisberger. In 2008 the Baltimore Ravens also had three quarterbacks. The starter injured his shoulder in the pre-season,and the second string qb had to be hospitalized due to infection before the season started. The Ravens were forced to start third string quarterback, Joe Flacco. And they all lived happily ever after... And so will the Redskins, The End Was this story completely random? Yes. Was it entirely unrelated? Not necessarily. Did I have fun telling it? Most definetely.
wvtbred
Was watching an interview with Bucs Head Coach Raheem Morris who said they were carrying 4 QB's as well. Said he was going to cut loose all 4 in a competition and see who wins. Unsure of any meaning, but it's not just a Redskins thing. I wish we had an OPEN competition.
