Burgold Posted May 6, 2003 Share Posted May 6, 2003 Looking for info for a fictional story I'm working on. If one registers a gun is there any expiration? That is, is it something that needs to be relicenced or registered periodically. If one moves to another location in city or out of state, does the gun need to be re-registered to indicate the new address? Any info would be much appreciated. The Sisko Posted May 7, 2003 Share Posted May 7, 2003 This is just anectdotal, however I purchased my guns in MD then moved to VA. I contacted the VA state cops and was told that I didn't need to do anything. The same held true when I moved to GA.
