My advice is to get your hands on either a flash drive (the bigger the better) or an external hard-drive and plug it into the computer that currently has your music. Then, place the folder on the flash drive/hard drive and move it to the computer you want to put the music on. Drag the iTunes folder from the hard drive/flash drive into the My Music folder on that computer. From there, you just drag the folder into iTunes to load all your music on it.
