Green Businesses in DC

Anyone know of any cool Green Businesses in DC? I went to Recuittis in Olney recently. They're a brick oven gourmet pizza place and they had all these pamphlets on the table talking about how they've switched up to using locally produced food stuffs, enviornmentally friendly chemicals, and how they are 100% wind powered.

I ordered a veggie pizza there and liked it a lot.

Any place else you know that is going green or doing something kind eco-cool?

Java Green (on 19th btwn L and K Sts NW) is right by my office. They have some great vegetarian cuisine. When the weather is nice there's usually a line out the door.

I just read that the Willard InterContinental one of our oldest historical hotels (the word lobbiest was born from meetings held in its lobby) has decided to go 100% wind powered.
