The guy has a website. www.hotchickswithdouchebags.com It's frequently updated, and generally hilarious. As to use of the photos, I don't think he took any himself. All the photos on the webpage are taken off of public webpages like Facebook or certain club pages. I believe in the lawsuit from the hotts that was dismissed, they had a license to use the pictures from the website that published them. Beyond that, they have no obligation to seek out the people appearing in the pictures (whose names aren't used in the book or website) to get a secondary permission.
