BD
Craptacular. Holmes is one of the good guys.
The Sisko
Agreed. I'd hate to see him end up like Bo "bring my walker over here" Jackson. Holmes is the classic overachieving, came outta nowhere story and I'd hate to see it be over for him so soon. Besides, he's just down right fun to watch. I had that thought when I saw Holmes limp off the field. Hopefully it isn't as severe. I remember a doctor saying that had Bo been an average guy, he wouldn't have had such a horrible hip injury. He actually pulled his hip out of it's socket trying to break the tackle. He actually popped it back while he was on the ground......damn

NavyDave
Yeah surgery has come a long way since Bo's injury but still the thought of going thru that at such a young age sucks
RabidFan
Good point about technical advances Navy.....I mean if they had arthroscopic surgery back in the day someone like Gale Sayers coulda played many more years........I like holmes and think he is a beast with incredible fluid body control jukes....still love that highlight of him hurdling into the endzone....can never top Gary Anderson's flip over a man on the 1yrd line and land on his feet in the end zone.....loved that RB Knocking on wood for Priest.
