I understand that the Brits, and particularly the Royal Marines, train extensively with our military. What do you think of them and their military expertise, etc? Tarhog Posted March 27, 2003 Share Posted March 27, 2003 Marines in Hawaii and Brit Marines do a joint op every year called 'Union Jack' where Brit and USMC platoons train together culminating in a big mock war. Pretty good troops in my opinion. Although I'll admit we had a brawl afterwards at the Officers club...something about them berating American pop culture.
