@DCGoldPants
HOLY CRAP BRING HIM BACK! Sorry BJ...I'd rather have Rock and Larry. Rock is the little plug that can block and run. Larry is the perfect FB for Spurrier's system!
redskin56
I still miss Larry Centers. I wouldn't mind bringing him in for the vet minimum. He could still get the job done.
@DCGoldPants
he shouldn't hate Danny cause Marty cut him and he should be excited to play in Spurrier's offense. Man....37 again would be sa-weet.
Symbol
O.K., that's one more FA signing we can go for. Center's is the man at FB.
AJWatson3
In our offense he would put up numbers as good as his best year.

I can't see Spurrier wanting Ramsey to dump the ball off to the fullback 100 times in a season. It would be nice to have an outlet of Centers' quality, but this is still a downfield WR oriented offense.
carlsbadd
Bring him back!!! Best hands I have ever seen for a FB!
bulldog
I think the Redskins are set at running back, at least I think Spurrier thinks so  Johnson and Cartwright are a good combo and give us depth in case either gets hurt at FB. Centers is 35 years old. I imagine him looking to go to..........surprise!!!........THE BUCS!!!!!!!!
Larry
But I keep remembering, he was pretty good at catching balls in traffic. And a guy who can do that can turn an incompletion or a sack into an 8-yard gain. I can't see SS ever drawing a play where the FB's the 1st guy in the progression. But, I can see a lot of plays where he's the last. (And, I never thought of him as a FB. I thought of him as a TE.)
NVskinsfan
Great times when we had him, but he is a little long in th tooth. Pass!
