I'm kind of nervous because I will be in an airplane when the 48 hours is up. I'm headed to my yearly trip to March Madness rounds 1 and 2. (Birmingham) Do you think there will be attacks at some level here? Will the NCAA tourney get pushed back or canceled? It seems one March Madness might get replaced by another. Jack, I doubt that our own military deadline, which was set only two days ago, will directly dictate a domestic terrorist attack which, if it has any kind of complexity to it at all, would require weeks or months of planning. At least as far as al Qaeda goes, they seem to like to deliberately plan out their attacks over a great period of time to take place at a time of their choosing. It's what makes them a formidable foe, but it also means that this 48-hour deadline would in all likelihood have nothing more than coincidental meaning if an attack took place this week.
