He was on H&C last night (Despinose SP?) and claims that the the police force is racist because it requires recruits to be able to swim and his words "Blacks cant swim, they dont have swimming pools like whites." If you isolated the "blacks can't swim" statement, you'd think that a right-wing racist had uttered the statement.
