When I was playing in High School when the 4th quarter began we would always raise up 4 fingers signaling the start of the 4th quarter and that was our time to shut the other team down and win the game... When the 4th Quarter begins at Redskins games we should hold up 2 fingers in one hand and 1 finger in the other hand to represent #21. this may be a dumb post, but that is just how I am feeling...
