Taylor is also second in the league in personal fouls since 2004. Smoot was mentioned for 28 penalties since 2004, even though he only played half a season in 2005. Phillip Daniels made the "Good Guys" team with zero penalties since 2004, starting 43 of 56 possible games. The Redskins' offensive line has the third most holding penalties in the league since 2004. Good lookin out, I forgot to write on Smoot. Yeah Taylor's penalties don't bother me personally, he's an enforcer, those things will happen.
