A gaints loss and we then have the same record. Thus tied and a chance to beat them and take the tiebreaker back.

You know...I get the whole "football rivalry" thing, and participate myself to a point.

But there is a fine line where you can take it so seriously you just start sounding like an idiot.

Cutting your nose off to spite your face by proclaiming "No Never! Under ANY circumstances would I ever root for Dallas" when their winning could make the difference in the Redskins getting a chance to face them in a playoff game is just plain moronic.

I think if we get ahead of the Giants, we're in. We were about 1/2 a yard away from beating them once. Granted they've gotten better since then, but I think that's our best, most realistic shot of making the playoffs. Even that is not going to be easy for this team.

People may not like the taste of being in 2nd place, but it's better than 3rd.

exactly bro. We have dallas twice so hell we could take first ourselves from them. BUt a 2 team race is alot better than a 3 team race, there is no debate it is fact.

Being number 2 is 1000000X better than 3 because 2 gets a shot in the playoffs, 3 doesnt.
