Obviously face-masking is against the rules, and for good reason, but honestly, why are ball carriers allowed to throw and fling their arms at the defenders face mask? It's his intention and majority of the time it is used to keep the defender away from you. On defense, you're trying to tackle the person and using face-mask to tackle the person is very unsafe.
