In the video above Tatum dared receivers to even think about crossing the middle of the field. If they did they would pay with there blood, sweat, and tears. I understand that they used some techniques that would not fly in today's game but they were truly intimidating. You ask why I bring this up now? Brett Farve and the Green Bay Packers love the slant route and routes that call for the receiver to cross the middle of the field. IMO this could get ugly for the packers' WR's. No_Pressure Posted October 10, 2007 Share Posted October 10, 2007 Sean Taylor hits harder than all of those guys combined, and he isn't a dirty player, he isn't always looking to hit helmet to helmet, hit high, grab face masks, etc. He's looking to hit someone square in the body and drive them back.
