Why be great when you can be mediocre??

So , what this game and the last half of the Miami and Eagle games tell me is that we have the potential to be really good but why take any chances when you can just defend any slight lead that you have and be mediocre.

What is the point of bringing in good players if the pu*** coaching staff isn't going to show boldness in their approach??

By Joe Gibbs , Al Sauders and Gregg Williams showing restraint instead of putting it all out there than this team will adopt the same attitude and not give 100% on every play. After all they have to save their energy so they can take the kids out for ice cream after the game.

The only thing that matters to this coach and this team is that we broke the attendance record today and the money is pouring in. Who cares about restoring greatness , nobody cares about that crap anymore including Joe Gibbs.

The Redskins will never be a power to reckoned with , the players don't have pride as long as they have a fat contract and a game check coming behind a humiliating loss like this one.

You sound like a fifties something guy who misses the glory days. Go buy a convertible coupe and life will seem much easier. Gibbs cares...he just has a lot to learn apparently. So do you about this team/organization. We're all frustrated but don't say that they only care about money and attendance...that's just wrong.
