SkinsNatsFan
You can get a lap pass for ages 3 and under. http://www.redskins.com/fedexfield/stadiumguide.jsp Ticket Office Information Lap Passes - All children ages three (3) and under may attend a Redskins game free of charge with a lap pass in lieu of an issued ticket. Lap passes are available at all entrance gates or at the Ticket Office windows at Gate A on the day of the game. The child must be present to receive a pass. Children age four (4) and over must have an admission ticket. This policy is subject to change for non-Redskin events.

What they do in a situation like this is line your child up to a cardboard cut out replica of Daniel Snyder (one that's his actual height of 3 feet 3 inches) and if said child is taller than cut out you ante up full adult admission to the game. C.Taylor
Please don't subject this young child to such pain All kidding aside, if you're considering the Eagles game, don't do it. No one under 13 should be exposed to the mutants from Philadelphia.
