"He doesn't look like the player he was a couple of years ago." Thanks Bill.

Warhead36
I've been harsh on Jansen this year. His play has really lagged behind. BUT he was very good against Dallas. Him and Samuels did a great job protecting Brunell. I don't remember hearing Jansen's name or # once.
Genghis Khan
he was the toughest guys on the team he played with two broken thumbs last year.

frankbones
I think his evaluation was valid. Take away Portis' run to the left(which Jansen had little to do with being the right tackle) and we were abysmal running the ball. Jansen isn't the only problem, but his play has been subpar. Hell, we couldn't run the ball against Indy. The lineplay on both offense and defense has been very disapointing and a big reason why we are 3-5. The lineplay on both offense and defense has been very disapointing and a big reason why we are 3-5. The problem against Indy wasn't that we couldn't run the ball, it was that we didn't run the ball against either them or the Titans, for whatever reason. We gave up on the run two consecutive weeks, the more inexcusable being the Titans because we were up 14-0 at one time.
