JoeSkins
Never heard of the guy That kind of surprises me, he was very good. I don't know if he'll ever play in Denver, but I guess at this point pretty much everyone was looking at him as depth.
manicd
Why is 32 considered old for an OT? 32 would be old for a RB, but definately not an OT.

Once you cross 30 in the NFL you're kinda past your prime, and a lot of heavy wrecking **** goes on in those trenches.

The Chiefs have been one of, if not the best, O-line tandem in a while. Out of curiosity, I looked up the O-line we played last year. Here is what I found. LT 77 W.Roaf - 36 LG 54 B.Waters - 29 (30 n Feb.) C 62 C.Wiegmann - 33 RG 68 W.Shields - 35 in two weeks RT 65 J.Black - 26 - only "young guy" Not exactly Spring Chickens in your mind. Then again, when I was younger, I thought 30 was ancient. Again, for OT, it isn't that big of a deal. Oh, I know Roaf is retiring, doesn't change the fact that he was dominant for so lone. Our own tackles are hitting the 30 mark, and they are ready to play their best. By the way. Enjoy your youth. It goes WAY too fast.

When an OT hits 30, they are just entering their prime. Lineman don't have the same type of collision injury as skill positions, and speed is much less important than knowledge.
