Panthers sign ex-Cowboys receiver

Former Cowboys receiver Keyshawn Johnson agreed to a four-year deal with the Carolina Panthers on Thursday.

Johnson, who was released by the Cowboys last week, received a $5 million signing bonus.

Johnson led the Cowboys in receiving last season with 71 receptions for 839 yards and six touchdowns.

not like he hasnt been in the NFC south before.

Coach Fox is a good coach and i don't see keyshawn being a huge problem.

As far as filling one of carolina's needs this is a good pick up. I dislike keyshawn and i don't think of him as a #1, but this just makes steve smith that much more of a match up problem.

Good pick up, but whatever, NFL thread this

Keyshawn and Smith...if they only had a RB...they should draft Maurice Drew and make an all UCLA backfield, Foster is not a dependable back, imo.

I like DeShaun Foster a lot, personally. He has a lot of potential and has shown that he can put up some solid numbers as a starter. Unfortunately, he's oft injured and incosistent (he does tend to disappear in games every now and then).

Out of all the cowboys, i hated HIM the most. He was so full of himself, and when he shoved that camera out of his face after we spanked them 35-7, it made my day! :D
