indyskinsfan
Yes!! Soon as I read it, made my day with the Special Teams. I knew the Kato lovers would be glad about this. They had me thinking he was a goner.

These guys are getting awfully good with the budget prudency. Any chance Mendes winds up in OMB one day
Art
What I like about bringing Kato back is that it shows someone in the organization understands it's more than just offense and defense that wins. It shows someone is paying attention to the coaching staff, because you KNOW Stock MUST have been asking for this.

Also, I remember Kato's first game. It was against Carolina and when the bomb to Gardner was caught, he was the second or third guy out on the field celebrating. What I found amusing was, "Hey, that guy just got here, why is he hyper." And, mostly, that the bulk of the team kind of nudged him out of the celebration saying, basically, "Hey, you just got here, this is for us."

Watching, I thought he might never get taken in by the team, but he did some nice things for us and you could see he became part of that unit as the season wore on. This is a quality move for us.
fish
What I like is that we have produced 3 pages of comments for the return of a FA, Special Teamer, that we had previously cut! Not only is the organization paying attention to the details, but so are we. I knew this board was totally cool - this is just another great example of how!

Good job boys, keep up the good work!
Reaganaut
Ever since we lost Curtis Buckley (a personal favorite) Serwanga was the first player we've had to bring that kind of intensity to the Special teams squad. David Terrell had his moments, but Serwanga has that Buckley type of intensity that we all love.
