Can you post a link or something because there should be 2 name fields 1 of your actual name and maybe 1 for the players name? I really don't understand the question. I read a post on here a while back from one guy who emailed McCants when he was on his way out and actually got a response. I really don't know but I bet it would be your name because they want your email right after it so it would make sense. I would say who the message is to at the start of the comment box.
