lovemaskins Posted November 14, 2005 Share Posted November 14, 2005 If the extra point is usually placed on the 2 yard line and they had a false start penalty, TB would have the ball spotted on the 7, correct? Now we jump offsides (supposedly) and the penalty is half-the-distance to the goaline then the ball should be placed on the 3 1/2 yardline. Yet the ball was spotted on the 1 1/2 yardline.
