NoCalMike Posted October 4, 2005 Share Posted October 4, 2005 I already posted this on Chewys roadtrip board, but I wanted to post it here two since I need these questions answered ASAP..... What city/airport should I fly into. I am hoping to go with Southwest Airlines since they tend to be the cheapest, but I just want to make sure they fly into whatever airport I have to go to.............I know the hotel has a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back(or at least that is what they advertise) so I just want to make sure to fly into one of the hotels they offer this for.... I already know which hotel we chose, and I will be booking my room thursday as well, however I do have a question for Kevin. You had me submit the names of the people I need rooms for, and I told you that I will require 2 rooms, with one bed each. My question is, when I call the hotel and give him the group name, does he have my name on a list two, for two rooms, or do I just give him the group name and then book it from there.
