PCRoughrider
http://www.sportingnews.com/experts/rick-ballou/blog/ Ballou's 12-pack Tuesday, September 27, 2005, 10:58 a.m. ET Counting down the top 12 teams in the NFL, following Week 3. No. 12: Dolphins. Maybe the biggest surprise in the NFL after three weeks. After beating Carolina on Sunday, they knock the Panthers out of my twelve-pack two days later. No. 11: Broncos. Fresh off Monday night's win over Kansas City in which they dominated both sides of the football. No. 10: Seahawks. How the hell could the Seahawks have flirted with trading Shawn Alexander in the offseason? All he did for them on Sunday was score four touchdowns in a win over Arizona. No. 9: Cowboys. I do not feel overly confident putting the Cowboys here after they barely squeaked out a victory over San Francisco. And for those of you waiting to see the Redskins in my twelve-pack, you can keep on waiting because they are the worst 2-0 team in the history of the NFL. *** Who the hell is Rick Ballou? Ghost of
He's a host on Sporting News radio. I don't hate him but to say they're the worst EVER is stupid, considering the high level of the Defense.
wskin44
He is an idiot because we have a top 5 defense and average offense. That makes us very competitive in the NFL. I suspect that he knows very little about the history of the NFL.

bubba9497
in history? yeah What ever short comings the offense has had... The defense is all world, and special teams have been good. Somehow these idiots always forget DEFENSE wins championships
Jon T.
To top it off, I think he may have plagarized Peter King's list! Seriously, what is up with the Dolphin love? Isn't their record somelike 100-13 in September in Miami? This ain't rocket science! It's hot in Miami right now.

BlueTalon
Jeepers! What a flipping fathead! There have been all kinds of teams go 2-0! I would bet a paycheck that this year's Redskins are far better than many teams whose records I just happened to find on the net... Going back 20 years, the following teams all started 2-0 or better: The 85 Chiefs went 6-10, Cardinals went 5-11, The 87 Raiders went 5-10. The 89 Cardinals ended up 5-11, Bears ended up 6-10. The 91 Cardinals ended up 4-12. The 92 Bengals and Bucs ended up 5-11. The 94 Seahawks went 6-10, Jets went 6-10. The 98 Chargers went 5-11, Saints went 6-10. The 99 Steelers and Bears went 6-10. The 01 Colts, Bengals, and Jags went 6-10, Chargers went 5-11. The 02 Bears went 4-12. The 03 Redskins went 5-11, Bills went 6-10. The 04 Lions went 6-10. And that's just 20 years! I could keep going... (OK, I will!) The 66 Oilers went 3-11 OK, I'm bored with looking up stats. I think the point has been made.
