He's a free agent, 29 years old, and coming off a pretty solid 2001 season. There hasn't been much talk of teams speaking with him since the Jets backed away from their talks with him for a four-year contract before he was suspended. I think it'd be great to sign him if we could get him at an incentive-laden contract. Obviously he's got the potential for causing trouble and not playing, but I think that's a risk worth taking. Clearly he can contribute, and we could cut our losses by making sure that his pay depends on his being on the field. I think he'd be a nice addition to the line rotation.
