B&GPride44
How close are we to signing Rogers and Campbell? Is everyone just waiting for the Rogers deal to get done so they can guage value properly. Would love to see those to get their deals done and in camp on time!
BigDaddyShoo
Campbell will be signed once Gardner is cut. Rogers will sign once Barrow is traded or once his ankle heals...whichever comes first.
TheLongshot
Actually, I don't think anyone will be signed until Smith signs. Rogers will sign when he knows what will be slotted for his draft position, and Campbell probably will wait to see what Rodgers gets before him. redskin-one
Thank God Smith signed - let the rest of the signings begin.
skinstzar
Neither one will be the day one starters so we may lag a little but Gibbs won't want to wait around. ABC just showed a commercial for the opener on Aug 8 and I got chills.
TimFolk
I think Campbell will wait for Aaron Rodgers to sign. Rogers will wait for Antrell Rolle to sign.
B&GPride44
Agreed One...Let the windfall of signings begin. I think you'll probably see two more lottery picks if not 3 sign today!
SkinsGuy
The good news is that niether Rogers or Campbell are expected to be "impact players" or even immeadiate contributors this season. So if, God forbid, one or both don't sign before training camp starts, the team's fortunes this season don't rest with them. Rogers will obviously see playing time before Campbell ever does. So it's more imperative he gets signed. I want Campbell to sign quickly, too, but I'm not as worried about that. I know he may have to play this season, but let's just say that if Campbell has to start any time this season, we are probably already in trouble. mookie0720
Now that Smith has signed the dominoes should start falling. I'm hoping Campbell and Rogers are next,
