The girls name made them stop on page three in frustration. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Its funny because until the movies, I always pronounced her name "Her-mee-own" instead of "Her-my-oh-knee." I still pronounce it incorrectly when I'm reading sometimes. :laugh: Its always weird when a book you've read is made into a movie and you get to hear the actual pronounciation of the names - especially with science fiction. I always wondered what some of the names from Robert Jordan's books actually sound like. Same thing happened for me when I used to shelve classical music - I would have names pronounced one way in my head and then a customer would come in and ask for Rachmaninov (pronouncing if correctly) and I wouldn't know who the hell they were talking about. :laugh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
